Graduate CPACs

The Graduate Affairs Council (GAC) includes two standing Course and Program Approval Comitteees (CPACs), each comprising three faculty and one graduate student member of the full council. The CPACs share the work of reviewing graduate-level curricular proposals for revising the annual EWU Graduate and Undergraduate Catalog. The CPACs report to the GAC and recommend action on the proposals reviewed.

All CPAC proposals will be sumitted through Leepfrog CIM. Click on the links below to begin your CPAC proposal.  You will login to the system using your SSO (Single Sign On) authentification.  Look for training sessions in the fall or contact Heather Veeder at or 509.359.6814 for assistance.

For consideration in the 2018-19 Catalog, all graduate proposals should be submitted by November 1, 2017.  The department chair and associate dean approvals are required by December 31, 2017. The proposer is responsible for monitoring and encouraging movement through the workflow steps.  CPACs will have their proposed approvals to GAC by the last meeting of winter quarter.  GAC will vote on final approvals the first meeting of spring quarter.

Faculty seeking to propose new or revised graduate courses or programs should follow the instructions and use the links below.

When using CIM, the * can be used as the wildcard for searching for courses and programs.  If you are unable to find your program, please contact Roberta Brooke at or 509.359.6566.
